Cold Weather Comfort Food
With cold weather settling in, it’s time to enjoy some soul-warming comfort food. Every year around this time, our menu shifts to include hearty dishes that our customers have come to love.
4-Cheese & Garlic-Crusted Chicken
Popular with kids and adults alike, this often requested menu item is back for the month of February.
Paired with our Creamy Peas & Orzo or our new, low-carb Cauliflower Rice with Mushrooms & Spinach, this dish is everything you crave when the temperature drops.
Crockpot Chicken Curry
Curry is the ultimate comfort food and is highly customizable. Our recipe calls for just a little jalapeño, resulting in a mild spice, but you can easily add more for those that crave the heat!
Did you know that crockpot recipes can be easily adapted to work in your Instant Pot?
Ratatouille Provencal
Stews rule the winter season and our rustic Ratatouille Provencal is a delicious vegetarian dish that can chase away the chill of the season.
We serve this roasted eggplant, zucchini, peppers, onions, tomatoes and herbs over a bed of low-carb riced cauliflower.
Sonoma Pork Tenderloin
The secret to this dish is the savoury lemon-fennel spice rub used on the tenderloin (adding sliced pancetta also helps!) We recommend serving with our Asiago-Herb Mashed Potatoes, for a complete cold-weather comfort meal.
All of the above dishes are available for in-store assembly,
