(stovetop): IF frozen, thaw completely in fridge. Bake rolls (included). Lightly brown ground beef in a pot or skillet. Add veggies & sauce. Add water (FULL add 3 c; SPLIT add 1 1/2 c.) Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Add rice. Simmer, covered, 20 min. Sprinkle with fresh-ground pepper & serve. Suggested Sides: Our Creamy Peas & Orzo.
