Savoury Herb Quick Bread


(Stir and Bake): This one’s a SupperWorks Family” favourite. Our homemade quick bread is beautifully flavoured with dill, oregano, and old cheddar cheese. Bake in the oven and serve warm with stew, chili, or soup.

Flour, old cheddar cheese, milk, liquid egg, baking powder, sugar, canola oil, onion salt, oregano, dehydrated onion flakes, dry mustard, dill pepper


(Stir and Bake): Remove the lid from foil pan. That egg/milk mixture in refrigerator (overnight) OR in cold water. Heat oven to 350F/175C. Spray foil pan with non-stick cooking spray. In a medium bowl, stir dry ingredients to combine. Pour in wet ingredients and stir, just until moistened. Spread batter in foil pan. Bake approx. 45-50 min. OR until the top is nicely golden. Allow cooling for 10 min. before slicing. Delicious with stew, chilli, soup, or just on its own!
