20 Minutes Stovetop Calories

(oven): IF frozen, thaw completely in fridge. Heat oven to 400F/205C. Thoroughly coat a rimmed cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Empty panko into a shallow bowl and stir. Remove chicken from marinade & dip into panko to coat lightly. Discard excess panko. Spray chicken lightly with non-stick spray. Bake approx. 10 min. per side OR until lightly browned (internal temp. 165F/74C). Dip in lite mayo (included). Suggested Sides: Our Sweet Potato Fries.
