(oven): Thaw completely in fridge. Cook rice (included). Spray a foil-lined, rimmed baking sheet with non-stick spray. Place trout on tray & pour marinade on top. Broil about 4 in. from element until sizzling, approx. 4-5 min. Turn fish over & baste with marinade from baking sheet. Broil an additional 3-4 min. until sizzling – watch carefully! (Internal temp. 158F/70C). Stir salsa. Serve trout over cooked rice with a dollop of salsa. Suggested Sides: Our 6-Minute Greens.
