Ginger Beef ‘n Veggie Stir-Fry


Tender strips of flank steak and lots of veggies stir-fried in ginger-garlic sauce, sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds, served over basmati rice.


Garlic, Soy Sauce, Green Onion, Canola Oil, Ginger, Hoisin Sauce, Sesame Seeds, Chili Paste, Rice Vinegar, Vegetable Mix, Flank Steak Strips, Cornstarch, Garlic Powder, Ginger, Water, Beef Broth, Basmati Rice


  1. IF frozen, thaw in fridge. Cook rice (included). In wok or skillet, heat 1-2 Tbsp. canola oil over med-high. Stir-fry beef 2-3 min, just until brown but still pink inside. Remove to a plate.
  2. Add veggies and 1/4 c. water (Split orders add 2 Tbsp. water). Cover and steam for 2 min. OR just until tender-crisp.
  3. Return meat to pan. Add sauce. Cook, stirring, until thickened, approx 2 min. Top with green onion and sesame seeds. Serve over rice.
