Honey, Garlic, Soy Sauce, Crushed Red Pepper, Ginger, Chicken Wings
(oven): If frozen, thaw completely in fridge. Heat oven to 375F/190C. Line a rimmed baking tray with foil; spray foil with non-stick spray. Empty wings and sauce onto the tray. Cook 25 min, then turn wings over and spoon sauce over wings. Roast another 25 min, or until cooked through (internal temp. 165F/74C) and wings are a rich brown. Discard excess sauce. Serve on a platter with carrot and celery sticks.
*Like ‘em spicy? Add some crushed red chilli peppers to marinade before roasting!
