Mashed potatoes baked with Cheddar-Jack and parmesan cheese. (Freezer-to-Oven OR Thaw-and-Bake. Serves 6).

(Freezer to Oven OR Thaw and Bake): Freezer to Oven: Heat oven to 375F/190C. Remove lid and cover tightly with foil. Bake 40 min. Uncover and bake another 15-20 min. OR until heated through and cheese melts. Thaw and Bake: Thaw completely in fridge. Heat oven to 375/190C. Uncover and bake 30 min. OR until heated through and cheese melts.
