Balsamic’n Herb Sirloin Roast


50 Minutes Grill/Oven Calories

All-Canadian lean ground beef and cabbage sautéed in a hoisin-sesame sauce, wrapped in warm flour tortillas.
Juicy, boneless sirloin roast, scented with garlic, thyme and rosemary, in a balsamic-red wine marinade. Easy enough for a weeknight, special enough for the weekend! (oven or grill)

(oven or grill): Thaw completely in refrigerator. Discard excess marinade. Oven: Heat oven to 375ºF/190ºC. Place on a shallow, foil-lined baking tray and roast, uncovered, approx. 40-50 min. OR to desired doneness (Split Orders roast 25-35 min). Grill: Preheat grill to medium high. Grill, covered, approx. 30-40 min. (Split Orders grill approx. 20-25 min), turning once. Tent loosely with foil and let rest 5-10 min. Slice thinly and serve. Suggested Sides: One of our Mashed Potato casseroles.
