Thyme, Garlic, Sirloin Roast, Balsamic Vinegar, Olive Oil, Rosemary, Burgundy Cooking Wine, Dijon Mustard, Basil, Ketchup
Instruction
(oven or grill): Thaw completely in refrigerator. Discard excess marinade. Oven: Heat oven to 375ºF/190ºC. Place on a shallow, foil-lined baking tray and roast, uncovered, approx. 40-50 min. OR to desired doneness (Split Orders roast 25-35 min). Grill: Preheat grill to medium high. Grill, covered, approx. 30-40 min. (Split Orders grill approx. 20-25 min), turning once. Tent loosely with foil and let rest 5-10 min. Slice thinly and serve. Suggested Sides: One of our Mashed Potato casseroles.
