All-Canadian lean ground beef and cabbage sautéed in a hoisin-sesame sauce, wrapped in warm flour tortillas.
The goodness of whole wheat bread, milk, and eggs, richly-flavoured with Black Forest Ham (optional), green onion, fresh tomatoes, and a little green pepper in this savoury, no-fuss meal. Peameal bacon or veg. sausage included. (Freezer-to-Oven or Thaw-and-Bake)

(oven): Preheat oven to 375ºF/190ºC. Thaw and Bake: Thaw completely in fridge. Bake, uncovered, 25-35 min. OR until lightly browned and puffed. Freezer to Oven: Bake, covered, 35-40 min. (Split Orders, remove lid and cover with foil) then uncover and bake an additional 15-20 min. Both: Cool on a wire rack for 10 min. Meanwhile, cook bacon/veg. sausages in a frypan. Suggested Sides: Fresh fruit, hot coffee, cold milk.
