Flat Iron Steaks, “lite” soy sauce*, sugar, garlic, ginger puree, sesame oil, lime juice, chilli paste, black peppercorns. *Gluten-free soy sauce available upon request.
Thaw completely in fridge. Oil grates and heat grill to medium-high. Remove steak from marinade; pour marinade into a small saucepan. Grill, covered, 6-8 min. per side, OR to desired doneness. Over-cooking will toughen the meat. Remove from heat, tent loosely with foil, and let rest 10 min. before slicing thinly across the grain. Meanwhile, bring reserved marinade to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and boil gently, stirring occasionally, 2-3 min. Drizzle over steak.
