A Canadian Butcher is our Source for all SupperWorks Meats
All of the quality meats for our meals are sourced from one company— The Butcher Shoppe. This established Canadian butcher is family owned and operated and practices traditional techniques. All products are processed the old-fashioned way and the attention to quality, consistency, and cleanliness is why we’ve chosen to partner with them.
We work very closely with The Butcher Shoppe to select special cuts and qualities of meat for all of our meals and we’re constantly testing new options. You’ll taste the difference in every SupperWorks recipe because of the superior quality.
Chicken: Locally raised chicken from Harrison, Ontario that is boned by hand and naturally air-chilled. With Butcher Shoppe chicken, you’ll never have the chewiness and shrinkage you get when cooking water-chilled chicken.
Pork: Mostly sourced from Arthur, Ontario, the pork in our meals are artisanally butchered and prepared. Each order is cut and portioned by hand to help ensure the highest quality meats.
Beef: Most grocery store beef is typically aged for only 5 to 7 days, but our Canadian butcher ensures that all beef is aged at least 40 days to ensure optimal tenderness. Grinding for our beef is all done fresh and to order, and only uses shoulder and chuck Canadian beef.
Turkey: Grade A turkey that is locally raised and packed with protein that provides all 8 essential amino acids.
