Veg Moroccan Ground Round & Cauliflower Bowl


Our vegetarian version, made with plant-based ground round and lots of veggies. Served with naan bites. (stovetop)

20 Minutes Stovetop Calories

(stovetop): IF frozen, thaw in fridge. In a frypan, stirfry Ground Round with a little oil over medium heat, about 2 min.. Add bag of veggies and 6 c. water (SPLIT orders add only 3 c. water). Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer 15 minutes. Stir in couscous. Simmer 5 min. Ladle into bowls and serve with naan bites.
