VEG Jerk Chicken with Pineapple-Rum Glaze

A little sweet, slightly spicy! Made with plant-based “chick’n” breasts. (grill)


(grill): IF frozen, thaw completely in fridge. Oil grates and heat grill to medium. Empty Glaze into a small saucepan. Simmer 7-10 min. over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until slightly reduced. Reserve 1 tsp. of Glaze for each chick’n breast and use the rest for basting. Massage chick’n in bag to distribute marinade. Remove chick’n from marinade, discarding excess marinade. Grill 2-3 min. per side OR until heated through, brushing frequently with Glaze. To serve, drizzle each chick’n breast with 1 tsp. Glaze. Suggested Sides: A SupperWorks Salad.
