(oven): Thaw in fridge. Heat oven to 375F/190C. Remove lid. In a bowl, mix breadcrumb mixture and veggie ground round. Coat foil loaf pan with non-stick spray. Press mixture into loaf pan. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 30 min. Remove foil and brush meatloaf with ketchup. Bake, uncovered, about 20 min. longer OR until heated through. Meanwhile, cook Buttered Peas (included). Suggested Sides: Our Asiago-Herb Mashed Potatoes.
