IF frozen, thaw completely in fridge. Cook penne in boiling water. Heat a little oil in a frypan or skillet over medium-high. Lightly brown pork, about 3 min. Stir in sauce and veggies. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring, until heated through. Toss with cooked, drained pasta & let sit, covered, 5 min. Suggested Sides: Sliced pineapple.
