Thaw in fridge. In a large saucepan, lightly sautée chick’n in a little oil over medium heat, aprox. 3 min. Add onion/carrot mixture and cook until veggies begin to soften, about 5 min. Add 4 c. water (Split Orders add only 2 c.). Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10 min. Add gnocchi. Simmer, uncovered, until gnocchi float to the top, about 3 min. Ladle into bowls and sprinkle with parmesan.
