We love this vegetarian version of Pork Chops in Adobo Sauce. Made with plant-based “chick’n.”

35 Minutes Stovetop Calories

Thaw completely in fridge. In a frypan or skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat and lightly brown chick’n. Reduce heat. Pour sauce over chick’n. Cover and simmer gently 35-40 min. Stir occasionally and add a little water if necessary. Serve with hot multi-grain rolls (included). Suggested Sides: Our Southwest Buttered Corn, sliced avocado.
