Turkey Pumpkin Chili



20 Minutes Stovetop Calories

A mellow, pleasing combination of ground turkey, pumpkin, and fresh peppers. It got a “thumbs up” rating from our taste-testers of all ages. Dinner rolls included. (stovetop)


(stovetop): IF frozen thaw completely in fridge. Heat a large frypan over medium heat. Cook turkey mixture, stirring occasionally, until turkey is no longer pink, approx. 5 min. Add pumpkin mixture and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, about 20 min. If desired, top with your own sour cream or grated cheddar. Suggested Sides: Warm rolls (included), a small green salad.


Ground turkey, pumpkin puree, diced tomatoes, red pepper, diced onion, brown sugar, canola oil, garlic, chilli powder, cumin, jalapeno peppers, pepper, salt, dinner rolls.
