(stovetop): IF frozen, thaw in fridge. Cook pasta in boiling water. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil over medium heat in a large, non-stick fry pan. Cook leeks & turkey about 10 min, or until leeks are softened and turkey is lightly browned. Add asparagus and 2/3 c. water (SPLIT orders add only 1/3 c. water). Cover & cook about 5 min, or until asparagus is tender-crisp. Drain pasta (don’t rinse). Stir in egg/parmesan mixture, then stir in turkey & asparagus. Top with a sprinkle of parmesan.
