Garlic, Moroccan Style Vegetable Soup, Diced Tomato, Lemon Juice, Black Pepper, Oregano, Cumin, Cilantro, Chili Powder, Tofu, Long Grain White Rice
(stovetop): Thaw completely in refrigerator. Remove tofu from package and squeeze firmly between your hands or between 2 cutting boards to release excess liquid. Cut tofu into bite-sized cubes. Empty sauce bag into a saucepan. Add rice and tofu. Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for approx. 20 min, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender, and adding a little water, if necessary. If desired, season with salt and pepper. Garnish with lemon zest and/or sour cream. Serve with warm flatbread.
