Three-Bean and Lentil Stew


A nourishing mixture of chickpeas, kidney beans, black beans, red lentils, and ginger. Hearty, a little exotic, and on the table in minutes. Multi-grain rolls included. (stovetop)


stovetop): If frozen, thaw in fridge. Empty bean mixture and bag of lentils into a pot. FULL – add 2 c. water (SPLIT – add 1 c. water). Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 15-20 min. OR until lentils are tender. Serve with multi-grain rolls (included). Suggested Sides: Our Warm Kale Krunch.
