Tequila-Jalapeno Pork Tenderloin


20 Minutes Grill Calories

Wake up your taste buds with this sassy citrus wet rub on lean pork tenderloin. Served with our SouthWest Buttered Corn.


Pork tenderloin, cilantro, diced onion, garlic, orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, Tequila, jalapeno peppers, salt, sugar, pepper, cumin, SouthWest Buttered Corn (corn, red pepper, butter, cilantro, chili powder, salt)


(grill): IF frozen, thaw completely in fridge. Clean and oil grates. Heat grill to medium-high. Remove pork from marinade, reserving marinade. Grill 15-20 min. (internal temp. 160F/71C), turning twice. Empty reserved marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer approx. 5 min, stirring occasionally; add a little water, if necessary. Slice  into medallions and drizzle with sauce. Cook SouthWest Buttered Corn (included). Suggested Sides: Try a SupperWorks salad.
