Pork tenderloin, fresh cilantro, diced onion, garlic, orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, Tequila, jalapeno peppers, salt, sugar, pepper, cumin, Tortilla Chips with Smokey Roasted Corn Salsa (tortilla chips, medium salsa, black beans, corn, red pepper, brown sugar, smoked paprika)
(grill): IF frozen, thaw completely in fridge. Clean and oil grates. Heat grill to medium-high. Remove pork from marinade, reserving marinade. Grill 15-20 min. (internal temp. 160F/71C), turning twice. Empty reserved marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer approx. 5 min, stirring occasionally; add a little water, if necessary. Slice into medallions and drizzle with sauce. Cook SouthWest Buttered Corn (included).
