Ingredients
Cooked, shredded chicken, carrots, lentils, zucchini, diced onion, coconut milk, apple slices, cilantro, chicken stock, canola oil, lime juice, garam masala, ginger puree, salt, cayenne, naan bites
Instruction
IF frozen, thaw in fridge. Empty veggie/apple mixture into a large pot, Add 6 c. water and lentils (Split Orders add only 3 c. water). Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, 20 min, lentils should be soft. Add water if you prefer a thinner consistency. Stir in chicken & cilantro/lime and heat through. Season to taste with salt & fresh-ground pepper. Enjoy with naan bites (included).
