(grill or stovetop): IF frozen, thaw in fridge. Heat grill or frypan to medium-high. Spray both sides of each burger with non-stick spray. Cook approx. 5 – 5 ½ min. per side, turning once OR until cooked through (internal temp. 165F/74C). Serve on whole wheat hamburger buns (included) with your favourite toppings.
