Thaw-and-Bake: Thaw completely in fridge. Heat oven to 375F/190C. Remove lid. Bake, uncovered, approx. 25 min. Freezer-to-Oven: Do not thaw. Remove lid and cover tightly with foil. Bake, covered, 35 min. Remove foil and bake approx. 25 min. Both: When done, Strata will be lightly browned and slightly puffy. Cool on a wire rack for 10 min. before serving. Nice with fresh fruit and hot coffee.
