Plump shrimp in a robust, slightly spicy marinade of olive oil, orange juice, garlic and chipotle peppers, with just a hint of sweetness.

Defrost completely under cold, running water. Clean and oil grates to prevent sticking. Heat grill to medium-high. Place skewers on grill. Brush generously with marinade. Cook 2-3 min, then turn and baste again. Cook another 2-3 min, OR until shrimp are pink. Discard any excess marinade.
