Soup – Yellow Split Pea Curry


A high-in-protein, high-in-fibre powerhouse. The smooth texture of split peas combined with the taste of curry make for a delicious soup! All ingredients are organic, soy free and gluten free. Just add water, boil, and simmer. Makes 6 generous servings.

Organic yellow split peas, onion flakes, spinach flakes, pumpkin powder, sweet potato powder, carrot flakes, curry, cumin, paprika, garlic,  sea salt


(stovetop or crockpot): In a large saucepan, add the bag contents with 2 litres of cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat, reduce to the medium heat and simmer for 45-65 minutes. Adjust water and salt if needed. Enjoy! For a Slow Cooker, it will take 6 hours on low.
