Thaw completely in fridge. Heat oven to 350F/175C. Coat foil pan with non-stick spray. Spread potatoes over bottom of pan; layer with salmon. Massage bag of egg mixture to mix ingredients, then spread evenly over salmon.
Bake, uncovered, approx. 40-45 min, (Split Orders, approx. 30 min) OR until casserole appears “set” and doesn’t jiggle in the middle. Remove from oven and sprinkle with asiago cheese. Let cool 5 min. Slice into squares and serve with apple juice (included). If desired, sprinkle with capers.
