(grill or oven): If frozen, thaw in fridge. Heat grill to medium-high (or oven to 400F/205C). Remove chops from marinade, discarding excess. Place chops on grill (or on rimmed baking tray coated with non-stick spray). Brush with BBQ sauce & grill (or bake), sauce-side up, 4-6 min. Turn over. Brush with remaining sauce. Cook 4-6 min. OR until done (internal temp. 160F/71C). Remove from heat. Let rest 10 min. Bake or grill Rosemary Focaccia. Suggested Sides: Garden-fresh veggies.
