Roasted Pumpkin and Wild Rice Wraps


Pumpkin puree, diced onion, old cheddar cheese, corn, whole wheat tortillas, wild rice blend, salt, pepper, garlic, thyme, sage

Savoury pumpkin, sage, cheddar, and mixed wild rice nestled in whole wheat tortillas. Deliciously different, ready in minutes. (oven, microwave or stovetop)

(oven, microwave, or stovetop): IF frozen, thaw in fridge. Oven:  Leave wraps in foil, bake at 350F/175C approx. 20 min. until heated through. Microwave: For 3 wraps, remove foil, place wraps on plate. Cover with a damp paper towel. Cook at 50% power 2 min, then 2-3 min. on high, OR until hot in centre (Note: Your microwave may require shorter or longer cooking times). Stovetop: Remove foil. Cook on greased frypan, medium heat, 4-6 min. per side OR until golden. Suggested Sides: Fresh fruit.
