Raspberry-Chipotle Pork Chops


An unexpected pairing of chipotle peppers and tangy raspberry makes a scrumptious topping for lean, boneless pork loin chops. Served with a side of Corn. (grill or oven)

(grill or oven): If frozen, thaw in fridge. Oil grates and heat grill to medium. Grill, covered, approx. 4-6 min. per side, turning once, OR until done (internal temp. 160F/71C). Can also be broiled, 4” from heat source, turning once. Tent with foil and let rest 5 min. before serving. Meanwhile, bring sauce to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat and simmer 7-10 min and drizzle over chops. Serve with Corn (included).
