Raspberry-Chipotle “Chick’n” Chops

Our vegetarian version of Raspberry-Chipotle Pork Chops; made with veg. “chick’n” breasts. (stovetop)


Vegetarian Chick’n Breast, Cranberry Sauce, Raspberry Jam, Vinegar Cider (g), Onion Diced Frozen (g), Pepper Chipotle in Adobe Sauce (g)


(stovetop): Thaw in fridge. In a frypan or skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat and lightly brown chick’n, approx. 2 min/side. Reduce heat. Pour sauce over chick’n. Cover and simmer gently, 2-3 min, until sauce is heated and slightly reduced. Suggested Sides: Steamed asparagus, our Southwest Buttered Corn.
