Cooking
(stovetop): If frozen, thaw in fridge. Heat 1-2 Tbsp. canola oil in a non-stick frypan over medium heat. Unwrap patties and cook 4-5 min/side, turning once. Serve in pita pockets (included) with salsa. If desired, add lettuce, tomato, or avocado. Suggested Sides: Our Warm Kale Krunch.
