Thaw completely in refrigerator. Heat oven to 350F/175C. Bake for about 25-30 min. (cheesecake should still jiggle a little in centre). Turn off oven and let cheesecake sit, undisturbed, in the oven, for 25-30 min. Remove from oven and cool, approx. 1 hour. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
