(oven): Thaw completely in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 400F/205C. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or coat with non-stick spray. Cut log crosswise into 15 pieces, approx. 1/2 in./1.3 cm. each. Arrange rounds on baking sheet, spacing 1 in./2.5 cm. apart. Bake in center of oven, approx. 13-15 min. OR until lightly golden. Transfer to a rack and cool slightly. Serve warm. Perfect with champagne!
In a hurry? Defrost log at room temp. about 10 min, until soft enough to slice. Bake as directed above.
