Portobello-Pepper Burritos


10 Minutes Oven or Microwave Calories

Sauteed portobello mushrooms tucked in whole wheat tortillas with roasted red peppers, brown rice, and Monterey Jack Cheese.


Brown rice, white kidney beans, Portobello mushrooms, cheddar-jack cheese, diced onion, roasted red peppers, Italian Dressing, garlic, pepper, whole wheat tortillas


IF frozen, thaw in fridge. Oven: Leave wraps in foil. Bake at 350F/175C, about 20 min or until heated through. Stovetop: Thaw completely. Remove foil. Cook on greased frypan, medium heat, 4-6 min. per side OR until golden and cheese melts. Freezer-to-Microwave: Remove wraps from foil, wrap in paper towel. Microwave on 50% power for 2-3 min. Microwave an additional 2-3 min on high, or just until hot in centre. Suggested Sides: Our Southwest Buttered Corn.
