Remove lid from foil pan. Thaw egg/milk mixture in refrigerator (overnight) OR in cold water. Heat oven to 350F/175C. Spray foil pan with non-stick spray. In a medium bowl, stir dry ingredients to combine. Pour wet ingredients and stir, just until moistened. Spread batter in foil pan. Bake approx. 40-45 min, OR until top is nicely golden. Allow to cool for 10 min. before slicing. Delicious with pretty much anything!
