Moroccan Beef & Cauliflower Bowl


Loaded with flavour! Lean ground beef simmered with cauliflower rice, celery, onion, and red pepper, beautifully seasoned with cilantro, cumin, and garlic. Served with naan bites. (stovetop)

20 Minutes Stovetop Calories

(stovetop): IF frozen, thaw in fridge. In a frypan, brown beef with a little oil over medium heat, stirring often. Add bag of veggies and 6 c. water (SPLIT orders add only 3 c. water). Bring to a boil, then reduce heat. Simmer 15 minutes. Stir in couscous. Simmer 5 min. Ladle into bowls and serve with naan bites.
