Mexicali Shrimp Skillet


20 Minutes Stovetop Calories
A delightful 20 minute dinner of shrimp, peppers, onions and traditional Mexican seasonings. Brown or white rice included. Let us know if you’d like to substitute cauliflower rice.  (stovetop)


Shrimp, Lime Juice, Cilantro, Garlic, Chili Powder, Coriander, Cumin, Black Pepper, Tabasco, Salt Iodized, Onion, Brown Rice, or White Rice , Red & Green peppers


Thaw completely in fridge. Cook rice (included). Meanwhile, heat a little oil in a pan or skillet over medium heat. Stir-fry veggies 3-5 min. to soften, then stir in shrimp. Cook 3-4 min, or just until shrimp turn pink. Serve over rice. Nice with an extra squeeze of lime. Suggested Sides: Our Southwest Buttered Corn.
