Mediterranean Feta Rolls


Impressive, hand-made crispy treats. Filed with feta, capers, and our own Mediterranean Seasoning. Just slice and pop in the oven! Makes 15 appetizers. (Thaw-and-Bake)

(Oven): Thaw completely in fridge. Heat oven to 400F/205C. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or coat with non-stick spray. Cut log crosswise into 16 pieces, approx. 1/2 in/1.3 cm each. Arrange rounds on baking sheet, spacing 1 in/2.5 cm apart. Bake in center of oven, approx. 13-15 min. OR until lightly golden. Transfer to a rack to cool. Serve warm or at room temp. In a hurry? Defrost log at room temp. about 10 min, until soft enough to slice. Bake as directed above.
