(stovetop): Thaw in fridge. Cook basmati rice (included). Gently rinse fish in cold water & drain. Heat a non-stick frypan to medium-high. Add onions & stirfry until beginning to brown, approx. 5 min. Stir in tomato mixture & add 1 c. water (Split Orders add ½ c. water). Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Carefully add fish, covering each piece in sauce. Cover & simmer approx. 15 min. Stir occasionally; add a little water if necessary (internal temp. 158F/70C). Serve over rice. Suggested Sides: Cucumber slices, plain yogurt.
