(stovetop): If frozen, thaw completely in fridge. Empty squash mixture into a pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer until squash is tender, approx. 30 min. Stir in corn/black bean mixture. Simmer to heat through, approx. 5 min. Serve with hot dinner rolls (included) and a sprinkle of grated cheddar, if desired.
