Maple-Kissed Pork Chops


Hand-cut, boneless pork chops marinated in a robust mixture of real Ontario maple syrup, red wine vinegar, soy, and ginger. Quick and delicious (stovetop).

(stovetop): Thaw completely in fridge. Heat 1 Tbsp. canola oil in a large frypan, preferably non-stick, over medium-high heat. Carefully place chops and marinade in pan and cook 4-6 min. per side, OR just until cooked through (internal temp. 160F/71C). Suggested Sides: Our Curried Cranberry-Raisin Rice.
