IF frozen, thaw completely in fridge. Oil grates and heat grill to medium-high. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding excess marinade. Grill 5-7 min. per side, covered, OR until cooked through (internal temp.165F/74C). Stir mango relish; serve, cold, with chicken. Suggested Sides: Boiled or grilled new potatoes, an icy cold beer.
