Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, mango, red onion, lemon juice, lime juice, olive oil, green onion, fresh cilantro, fresh rosemary, garlic, sugar, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper


IF frozen, thaw completely in fridge. Oil grates and heat grill to medium-high. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding excess marinade. Grill 5-7 min. per side, covered, OR until cooked through (internal temp.165F/74C). Stir mango relish; serve, cold, with chicken. Suggested Sides: Boiled or grilled new potatoes, an icy cold beer.
