Mango-Masala Pork Chops


Lean, Ontario-grown pork sauteed and topped with our wonderful mango-cream sauce. Full-flavoured but not spicy, it got an enthusiastic “thumbs-up” from our tasters. Served with Basmati Rice. (stovetop)

(stovetop): IF frozen, thaw in fridge. Cook Basmati Rice (included). Melt 1 Tbsp. butter in a non-stick frypan over medium-high heat. Brown chops, 4-5 min/side (internal temp. Remove chops to a plate & cover to keep warm. Add sauce to pan & cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute until heated through and slightly thickened. Stir in cilantro. Spoon sauce over chops & Basmati Rice. Suggested Sides: Our Curried Peas & Corn.
