(3-4 quart crockpot or stovetop): IF frozen, thaw in fridge. Crockpot: Place veggies into crockpot. Add 7 c. water. (Split Orders, add 3 1/2 c. water). Cover & cook on low 6-8 hours; add orzo & meatballs for the last 20 min. Stovetop: Empty veggies into a pot. Add water (as above). Bring to a boil. Stir in meatballs. Return to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer, covered, 35 min. Add orzo for the last 10 min. Both: Serve in large bowls with a sprinkle of parmesan (included) and fresh-ground pepper. Suggested Sides: Multi-grain rolls (included), cottage cheese, celery sticks.
