Italian-Style Pork Chops in Herbed Tomato Sauce


Herb-rubbed, locally raised chops pan-seared and simmered in a balsamic and herb tomato sauce. Top with a little parmesan (included) for an easy weeknight meal.

IF frozen, thaw completely in fridge. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in a frypan or skillet over medium heat. Add chops and marinade. Cook 2-3 min/side. Pour sauce over chops and simmer, covered, 10 min. Uncover and simmer 5 min. OR until done (internal temp. 160F/71C) and sauce is somewhat reduced. Sprinkle with parmesan (included). Suggested Sides: Our Creamy Peas & Orzo.
