Ingredients
Lean ground beef, diced tomatoes, diced onion, tomato sauce, tomato paste, fresh parsley, cinnamon, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper

Cooking
(oven): (Thaw-and Bake): Thaw completely in fridge. Heat oven to 350F/175C. Remove lid. Bake in centre of oven approx. 20-25 min, OR until shells are lightly browned and filling is heated through. (Freezer to Oven): Remove lid and cover tightly with foil. Bake, covered at 350F/175C for 20 min. Uncover and bake approx. 20-25 min, OR until shells are lightly browned and filling is heated through. Enjoy!
