stovetop): If frozen, thaw in fridge. Brown ground beef in a large pot. Drain fat (if any). Add chilli mixture and 1 1/2 c. water. (Split orders, add only 3/4 c. water). Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, approx. 45 minutes. Stir occasionally and add a little more water, if necessary. Ladle into bowls.
